Authenticity Assurance & Supplier Integrity

Maison Em maintains strict sourcing standards to ensure that every fragrance offered through our platform is authentic and sourced from genuine retail bottles.

However, as with any supply chain that involves external distributors, collectors, and third-party suppliers, there may be rare circumstances where a supplier unintentionally or intentionally provides a product that does not meet our authenticity standards.

In the unlikely event that Maison Em identifies or is informed that a product within our inventory may not be genuine, we will immediately initiate an internal investigation and suspend all sourcing from the supplier involved.

If the investigation confirms that a product supplied to Maison Em was not authentic, we will take the following actions:

• Immediately terminate our relationship with the supplier responsible
• Remove the affected product from our inventory
• Notify customers where applicable
• Issue a full refund for all orders containing the affected product, without any questions asked

In addition, Maison Em may provide additional compensation to affected customers, which may include store credit or other goodwill gestures. Any such compensation will be determined at the sole discretion of AuraVault management.

Hand-Decanted From Original Bottles

Maison Em specializes in fragrance discovery through decants and samples.

All samples are carefully hand-decanted from authentic retail bottles into sterile, high-quality atomizers designed for fragrance preservation.
